In this session you will learn how to use design thinking, a human-centered approach to solving complex problems. Design thinking is a framework to facilitate systematic innovation in the social sector. Together we will tackle a social challenge, understand the problem we are trying to solve, empathize with people, ideate solutions, and ultimately change the digital world for the better.
